FTJN-3 Engineering Structure Deflection and Settlement Tester (Non-contact, CCD Acquisition)
Working Principle
The FTJN-3 engineering structure deflection and settlement tester is fixed on the measured structure. An industrial CCD is installed inside the tester. A thin steel wire with a diameter of 0.3~0.6mm passes through the tester, and both ends of the steel wire are pulled with constant force and fixed on a stationary object outside the measured body that does not displace. Adjust the gap so that the steel wire passes through without touching the tester. Taking the steel wire as a static reference benchmark, the CCD inside the deflection tester is used to collect the relative displacement change between the steel wire and the tester to measure the deflection value of the measured structure.
Main Technical Parameters
1.Measuring range: ±30mm (can be expanded according to user needs);
2.Minimum resolution: 0.01mm;
3.Indicating error: ±0.1mm;
4.Repeatability accuracy: ≤±0.05mm;
5.Communication method: RS485/RS232/CAN/wireless transmission;
6.Working environment: Temperature: -40~+60℃; Humidity: <90% RH;
7.Working voltage: DC+8~+18V.
Advantages: The deflection tester uses CCD non-contact measurement of the stationary steel wire, which reduces the instrument error caused by contact friction and other transmission mechanisms that change the position of the steel wire, and its accuracy is far higher than that of similar products.
